David's interest in magic started on a holiday in Blackpool, when he saw somebody demonstrating magic cards. A pack was purchased and the bug bit.
The interest was fuelled each year with visits to the Paul Clive shop on the north pier, Murray's Magic Mart and The House of Secrets, where his savings were spent on all sorts of miracles.
David Joined the Wolverhampton Circle of Magicians in 1976 and is proud to have been elected as their President four times. His latest Presidency will begin in 2012. David is also a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and Equity.
Since beginning his journey into the world of magic, David has won numerous awards for his Stage and Close up entertainment.
David turned professional in 1992 and has a vast experience in the corporate market, having worked at top class hotels and conference centres throughout the UK.
Thank you very much for your performance at The Hills on my birthday, it really was a splendid surprise. Your skills were consummate, your humour a breath of fresh air, and your ability to carry an audience impressive. In short, it was a real treat and high point of the weekend. Tom.
